No more flipping between websites and catalogues and having to convert from lovibond or EBC to SRM. No more figuring out if a chocolate malt is referring to something in the 300 SRM or 600 SRM range. Here is a substitution chart for when you want to use Red Shed Malting roasted malts in place of other common (imported) roasted malts. Everything is converted to the same unit of measurement (SRM) and sorted by colour.
