Modern barley varieties like AAC Connect, Lowe, and CDC Churchill offer similar specs and flavours to traditional varieties, but with better agronomics (higher yield, disease resistance, sustainable farming support, plumper kernels, supportive stalks, et al) and better agronomics makes our farm team very happy!

Waiting on an imported malt?
While barley varieties like Maris Otter and Golden Promise don't take to North American soil with the same fervour they do in Europe, we grow some incredible Canadian varieties (AAC Connect, Lowe, and CDC Churchill.)

All three of these were bred specifically for brewing and distilling by Malt Barley experts and breeders like:
